We sometimes hear people are unsure how to take our protein but you can take it in different ways. For example, you can simply mix it with water or make a delicious smoothie. We enjoy a bit of flavour so have created a protein smoothie using CP2 Whey Collagen for you try and/or be inspired by.
Ingredients for 1 large protein smoothie:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- ½ squeezed lime
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 (1 inch) cube fresh turmeric peeled
- 1 cup of liquid of your choice (water, coconut water, plant milk, etc)
- 1 scoop of CP2 Whey Collagen
Here's how you do it
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth
- Taste and adjust the flavor of the smoothie accordingly
- Pour the smoothie into a large glass to drink immediately or into a bottle to take to the gym for an easy post-workout drink
