Overnight Oats

with CP1 Collagen Peptides

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup of fine oats
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 small handful of chopped almonds
  • A pinch of vanilla sugar

  • 2 cups of milk of your own choice

How to make it
