Baked protein bars

Start your year on a high note with our Baked Protein Bars featuring our
CP2 Active with collagen and whey protein. These bars are a delicious and nutritious way to fuel up on the go. This recipe is packed with wholesome ingredients and 14 grams of protein, these bars are the perfect pick me up to keep you satisfied throughout the day.


Ingredients:

  • 160g rolled oats
  • 2 scoops CP2 Active
  • 14g ground flax
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 64g peanut butter
  • 80g honey
  • 120ml unsweetened oat milk
  • 60g mix of pumpkin seeds and chopped walnuts
  • Coconut oil


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C and grease a 15x20 cm baking pan with coconut oil. Set aside
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Add CP2 Active, flax, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Mix until fully combined. Fold in seeds and nuts.
  5. Pour into prepared baking pan. Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly in the dish, pressing down firmly.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges begin to turn golden brown. Let cool in pan completely, and slice into bars.
  7. Wrap in airtight container, and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
