Most electrolyte powders are built around high sodium loads, added sugar, and artificial flavours. They are formulated for athletes mid-workout. We wanted to create an electrolyte for everyday use. Clean. Balanced. Bioavailable, so you get the full benefit of every mineral in the sachet.

Sodium and potassium are the two electrolytes lost through sweat, travel, heat, and daily activity. Magnesium participates in more than 300 enzymatic processes, including muscle function and energy production. Trace minerals like manganese, copper, and iodine are needed in smaller amounts but play a role in energy metabolism, immune function, and nervous system signalling.

We chose magnesium bisglycinate and potassium citrate because they are bioavailable, organic forms. Sodium comes from Himalayan pink salt, an unrefined source that carries trace minerals with it.

For adults:
1 sachet daily. Mix with 500 to 1000 ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Yes. Electrolytes+ is designed for daily use and is equally suited for days with training, heat, or physical work when the body loses fluid and electrolytes through sweat. It supports the fluid balance and electrolyte needs the body has every day, through travel, heat, work, sleep loss, and exercise. It is not built around the high sodium loads or sugar typical of intra-workout drinks. Each serving contains 600mg sodium and 300mg potassium, with no added sugar.

Sugar is not needed for electrolyte absorption at daily-use doses, and most people already get plenty through their diet. We sweeten lightly with steviol glycosides from stevia. If you prefer a sweeter drink or want carbohydrates for longer training sessions, you can add sugar, honey, or juice to taste. See "Can I add sugar to my Electrolytes+?"

The short answer is YES. The product is designed as a flexible electrolyte base, so you can adjust the carbohydrate content yourself depending on your needs and training intensity.

If you prefer a more classic sports drink, you can add 15–20g of sugar to one serving along with the recommended amount of water (500-1000ml). This gives you a combination of electrolytes and fast-available carbohydrates, which can be beneficial during longer or more intense physical activity.

Examples of approximately 15-20g of carbohydrate you can add:

• 1 tbsp sugar
• 120ml of fruit juice
• 1 tbsp of honey or syrup

Mix, shake, and adjust the drink to suit your needs.

Yes. Electrolytes+ can be combined with your other Puori products. It pairs especially well with our Creatine+ after training, O3 fish oil in the morning, or PW1 whey protein powder on active days. If you take M3 Magnesium at night and Electrolytes+ during the day, it keeps your magnesium intake balanced.
