Ingredients for 1 large protein smoothie: 

  • 1 banana 
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries 
  • ½ squeezed lime  
  • 1 (2,5 cm) cube fresh ginger peeled
  • 250 ml liquid of your choice (water, coconut water, plant milk, etc)
  • 1 scoop Puori Protein of your choice: CP1 or PB 
  • 1 tsp peanut butter - optional  
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom - optional  

Here's how you do it   

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s smooth. Taste and adjust the flavour – and that’s it. Pour the smoothie into a large glass or a bottle to take with you for an easy on-the-go snack.
